Welcome to our 'Quit Coach' demo service. We'll not ask you to complete all details as part of this demo, but in practice this web based sign up mimics the data collection you'd do for an initial assessment for your stop smoking service - taking things like personal details, contact information, health, smoking habits and NRT selection. For the sake of the demo, we'll grab a few details and then your Quit Coach will WhatsApp message you and give you a flavour of the messaging that goes out throughout a quit journey.
This first step of the sign up, will typically ask a user to accept any consents you may need to take and use their data.
